What we do

Relaxed and down to earth in our approach we work with health and community services organisations to plan for the future, develop capability, solve issues, and improve practice.

Why us? We, A little bit different

  • understand your context, complexity and ambiguity because we have experienced it
  • appreciate the importance of consultants who make your life easier, not harder, and strive to do so in all of our interactions
  • authentically engage with you and your stakeholders to achieve outcomes
  • can see the big picture but understand the importance and complexity of implementation

Our overall approach is one of enthusiasm, adaptability, curiosity, and engagement.

Having worked in management and leadership roles for many years, we have experienced the highs and lows of working in, and for, human services organisations.  We get it…….be it, unwritten rules and politics galore, messiness and ambiguity, big ideas and little resources, risk and relationships to manage, huge reforms to adapt to, new language and dimensions of commercialisation and business, or just trying to do things differently to move ahead.

Within this context we work with boards, executives, managers and staff groups to undertake a range of initiatives and tasks. The specific work we undertake is different for each organisation and is tailored to your context and objectives.  Click on the jigsaw to explore some of the ways we can help you.

networkAHC believes in the power of partnering and collaboration with individual organisations, groups or consortia arrangements. Creating more innovative approaches and models through a more networked and connected way of working we believe is the way of the future.

We are keen to participate in arrangements with other consultants, which contribute to a collective suite of strengths to offer for specific organisations or initiatives. If this sounds like you don’t hesitate to contact us to have a chat.
